About
A decade of designing with purpose informs everything I build. I got into design because bad online experiences and software genuinely bothered me. A form that loses your progress, a dashboard that takes three clicks to find anything, and an app that makes you feel dumb. I wanted to fix that. It turns out the businesses running their sites and software do too.
Every project I take on starts with understanding why people struggle, not just what they're clicking. I work closely with product and engineering from day one, then measure what changes after launch so the work improves outcomes, not just interfaces.

Research-driven
User interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing tied directly to metrics.
